Terms

Terms of Use

The ground rules for using this website, in plain language.

Effective date: October 28, 2026

These terms cover your use of this website. Golden Hive Digital is a small website studio run by Jodi, a California sole proprietorship based in San Jose. “I” and “me” mean Golden Hive Digital. By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

What’s on this site

This site gives general information about my services. It isn’t an offer or a contract. Any work I do for you is covered by a separate written agreement that we both accept.

The sample sites show made-up businesses. They show layouts and features, not real clients or real results.

No promises about results

Search rankings, Google and map results, and what apps like ChatGPT recommend change on their own. Nothing on this site promises a ranking, traffic, calls or customers.

Using the site

Please use the site and the contact form for their normal purpose. Don’t send spam or harmful files, don’t pretend to be someone else, and don’t try to break or overload the site.

Who owns the content

Unless noted otherwise, the text, logo and design of this site belong to Golden Hive Digital. Please don’t copy them for your own use without asking. Some fonts and images are used under their own licenses.

Google, Apple, Bing, ChatGPT, Yelp and other names belong to their owners. I’m not affiliated with them.

Links to other sites

Some links go to sites I don’t run, like Web3Forms. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies, and I’m not responsible for them.

Using this site as is

I work to keep this site accurate and running, but I can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. This site is provided as is. I’m not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, I’ll update this page and the effective date at the top.
